Lake Wales Care Center is a holistic, Christian ministry that works to provide the physical, emotional, relational and spiritual needs of Lake Wales area residents. LWCC provides emergency services, transitional housing, Meals-on-Wheels, community kitchen serving hot meals, home repairs, community youth & after-school programs, elderly-care home visits, holiday assistance, Stay-at-Home Work Camp, thrift store sales, and a food cooperative program (SHARE). LWCC serves those in need who reside in Lake Wales, Indian Lake Estates, Dundee, Babson Park, and Waverly.
Many FPC small groups, as well as our youth, participate in serving our community through the various ministry programs of Lake Wales Care Center.
