THIS WEEK’S PRAYER FOCUS: On this Memorial Day weekend, please be in prayer for the families and friends of those who have lost their lives in military service to the United States of America. The sacrifices these men and women made have afforded us wonderful temporal freedoms as the citizens of this country. Therefore, we praise God for them, even as we remember His Son whose sacrifice has afforded us eternal freedom from sin and death. Praise be to God for Christ Jesus our Lord and Savior.
