The photo above is of Amanda and me at a local park where there was a boating and fun day event for people with disabilities. The event was designed to give people with disabilities a chance to experience a day on the water and in the sun. 5,000 people were expected to attend!
As we work to explore this area for church planting, it is good to attend events like this so that we might know our community inside and out.
